"I can't afford that"
"I'll never be able to do that"
"Someday..."
"I can't afford that," is toxic. Again, if you say it, it is true. Instead say "I choose not to spend my money on that right now." Here's an exercise for you. Go into a store where you would like to spend a lot of money. Walk through and pick out items you'd like to purchase, and say, "I choose not to spend that money today." Empower yourself! Respect the power of your mind! Then, go home and put a picture of whatever item you wanted on your vision board. If it really matters to you, don't let toxic negative thinking get in your way!
"I'll never be able to do that."/"Someday" Dreams are important. REALLY important. Turn your dreams into plans. A lot of times, we go to the 98 yard line, and stop? Why do we do that?! How do we get past that? The key to getting into the "end zone," is getting a taste of the dream. Find a way to stimulate your senses with the goal. For example, if your dream is to be a photographer, go out and physically take pictures! Ask a friend if they would like to be your subject. Get a camera in your hands and feel it.
Now go get 'em! Turn your DREAMS into PLANS!
